Teresa & Shawn got married this weekend in Chicago! It’s so fun for me to get out of town once in a while for a different wedding experience. It was a gorgeous day filled with a lifetime of friends & family celebrating their selfless love. What a pleasure to work with their family (again), and meet their friends!
Their day was so visually stunning! Each location we went to that day was beautiful, in it’s own different way! I was just giddy with all of the eye candy. Check it out….
I shot this wedding with Sarah Yoder of Laurel + Prairie / Story Telling Photography. She was super sweet and a pleasure to spend the day with. She met the guys at Shawn’s house to get a couple shots of them getting ready while I photographed the ladies.
Once Teresa was dressed and ready we went down to The Guesthouse Hotel lobby for a few bridal portraits. So gorgeous!!
Time to get married!!
Both Shawn & Teresa work at Loyola University, so we did our portrait time there. It did NOT disappoint!!
Sarah got a little behind the scene’s moment of the portrait time. Disregard my frizzy hair that hadn’t been tended to in a few hours. I had more important things to do. 😉
Time to Party! The reception was at Reza’s Restaurant, where there was tons of character, great music, mouth watering food, and a hustling staff all night. What a great spot!
I thought this shot of Shawn’s grandma was the cutest thing! RIGHT?!
Thank you so much Neumann & Dimpfl families for having me there to document your special day! It was such a pleasure!
